Central Museum

It was established in 1929. It is located near the General Post Office (GPO) in city. It is also known as Central Museum indore. You will get here beautiful sculptures from ancient times. There are two galleries in the Museum. Overall, great for those who love art, and the quiet.



Cannons used in battles by rulers including Humayun, Shershah Suri, Babur, and Jahangir, acquired at the battle of Sikandra by Malhar Rao Holkar I. Parmar art & Copper plates from Bagh (Mandu), which are unique. Military history of the Surs and the Mughals.
